Our Structure

In 2015, the country’s 20 District Health Boards (DHBs) established NZ Health Partnerships as a company incorporated under the Companies Act 1993.

We are controlled by the DHBs and defined as a multi-parent Crown subsidiary under the Crown Entities Act 2004. We operate under Board, programme and service governance structures with strong DHB representation.

Our core operations centre on the following:

  • The Health Finance, Procurement and Information Management System (FPIM) Programme’s three workstreams: The Health System Catalogue Programme, FPIM Oracle Programme, and the FPIM Operational service
  • National Procurement Service
  • Shared Banking Service
  • Collective Insurance Service.

We conduct all business in an honest and ethical manner aligned to our Anti-Corruption Statement.
