Our country’s 20 District Health Boards (DHBs) established our company in 2015 to deliver value through our programmes and services: Health Finance, Procurement and Information Management System (FPIM) Programme and Operational Service, including the Health System Catalogue Programme; and the National Procurement, Shared Banking, and Collective Insurance services.
We define value as both financial and non-financial outcomes that benefit our customers (the DHBs), as aligned to their strategic objectives. This is in step with the wider health system’s commitment to enabling broader outcomes.
